Pollen grains.
« on: June 25, 2008, 06:35:10 pm »
I am interested in all forms of micrscopy, and as well as disecting the bees and examining the internal organs I also gollect pollen to study the intrecate patterns as pollen from individual flora is so varied.
The pollen from plants can be seen carried by bees on their rear legs.
On with the show.

I'm not sure how many shots we can download at one time, so I will post them in threes.

I'm constantly amazed at what people do!  Those are beautiful! Sort of otherworldly intricate.  Some would make cool pictures blown up & framed..you might have a side business there!  Good work, keep it coming!  Jody
