I have been trying different types of honeys. My favorite so far is Tupelo and a close second and third would be orange blossom and buckwheat. I also like a lot of the wild flower honeys. Actually the only honey I have tried and not really cared for is pumpkin.

tuplo and meadow foam

I like Buckwheat and Basswood the best. Not sure which I would pick if I could only have one.

Your are going to find this weird. I don't like honey. I like bees. My wife likes the honey. My neighbors like the honey. My wife and neighbors like how their plants are doing.
Sincerely,
Brendhan

My favorite? I have to choose? Sourwood, I guess, but I find eucalyptus and buckwheat pretty interesting and Tupelo is quite nice. Orange blossom is nice to. Thyme honey is awesome. Black locust is awfully nice.
How about Nebraska wildflower right out of the comb...

Wild Blackberry, makes very dark honey and very good mead!
-
linden honey, strong flavour but not so very sweet, some say it's not even sweet, or fir tree honey, has kind of a mint flavour...well, special
-
I don't really like honey either. Lately I've been trying to get used to the unusual flavor, since it doesn't really make sense for me not to like it.

Mine out of the hive on my finger!
-
well I have only tasted 2 kinds of honey, clover and wild flower,,,,, I am not a big honey fan (to sweet), I do like to cook with it though....
-
I know everyone has been waiting for this.....The kind bees make.
-
not much of a honey fan its too sweet, but i hear logwood honey is good

My main flow of honey is blackberry, very good, dark and well see about the mead later. :-D...however I ran out of blackberry so I only have wildflower left, and I keep selling it off so that i can buy manuka honey. Manuka has a very medicinal flavour, but it is so good! The fact that its so good for you too is a huge incentive. My supervisor at work brought some manuka from nz for me and it is awesome. I can see why people pay 30 dollars a pound for the stuff. I don't know if its just because I quit smoking or the manuka, but my body is ridding itself of toxins, the same as when I have done an herbal cleanse. Horrifying really.....(overshare...)

Tupelo, hands down. :-P
-
I like the tupelo and then the orange. :-D
-
I found out today, I also like lavender honey.

Other than store bought clover I've only had honey from a variety of flowers, except last year I had a small taste of trumpet vine honey since that was all that was in bloom. This year was what ever they could get during the drought. It just started granulating (very fine crystals) but... man the taste...mmmm-mmmmm.
