Title: Another Garage Removal
Post by: Scott Derrick on May 08, 2008, 12:27:25 am
Removed these from a garage wall. They had built comb around the wires and lines for HVAC. Glad I used my AC sensor on this one. Could have been a disaster if I wouldn't have checked before using the saws all.

Does the saws all have a depth limiting section on it, so it only cuts the thickness of the drywall? Doesnt have to have much to go wrong to wind up dead with some of these jobs. Im an electrician by trade, so yea, first thing I thought of!!!

Robbo,

No..my saw doesn't have the ability to control depth. I do that manually by only letting the tip do the cutting. I used a reciprocating saw to do the cut. I have a "RotoZip" that I just bought but I need a little more practice with it.
