listening to hives
« on: March 08, 2009, 07:18:37 pm »
I was thinking of looking for a stethoscope to listen to my hives from the outside.  My hives are near enough to a freeway that I have a hard time hearing the buzz.  I have to get into some unusual positions and get my ear just right on the hive and then I can hear.  I don't know if it would be worth it to get one on ebay or if I need to know what I am looking for when I buy one.  In the winter and anytime when I am just wondering what is going on in there I like to hear the girls buzzz.  Any ideas? p.s. MD is my initials -  not my profession!

pps.. I just did a search - shoulda done that first oops:.  Anyway, I see it seems to be a useful tool.  So I still wonder about getting a inexpensive but good one - Ideas?

most often i find my greatest source of stress to be OPS  ( other peoples stupidity )

It is better to keep ones mouth shut and be thought of as a fool than to open ones mouth and in so doing remove all doubt.
