Russian Uncapping knife

Hello Im pretty new here but have been lurking. Im from South Australia.

I do not have an uncapping machine but am looking at setting up my honey plant. I have a 12 frame extractor, stainless steel reducer etc. and i came across this on u-tube.

Any one got any information on it ? or know where one could but the knife part of it?  looks to be pretty quick .


I have links to you tube vids but wont let me post can someone assist ?

This knife never seen.
Pay attention because it is different.
Thin steel cables have a special place.
Midle on knives.
Two sides are under the knife.
What is shown is a functional prototype.
It's just part of a larger device that can not be displayed, for obvious reasons.
All that stands in the place where they were resolved, and unopened and open frame, and another ......
I think that is enough.
