What better thing to do than sit in the house on a rainy day and watch bee videos. Fat bee man, Keith Delaplane, Michael Bush, etc.  :)d2

Before the sun went down and I couldn't see the rain gauge anymore we have had 2 and 1/2 inches of rain so far on the westside of Atlanta. More to come tomorrow and Monday. YAY!

My garden is floating. :)

This is day 14 for me and was hoping to do my 2 week inspection. Guess NOT.  :(

Oh well, there is always Tuesday.

Know what you mean.  I got a small garden planted, have tomatoes, and peppers blooming.  Squash and Zucchini could start shortly.  Haven't been able to get back in it since I planted it, to wet.  Had a bigger garden ready to plant, once it dries out will need redisking now.  The weather man said the other day we were 11 1/2 inches above normal rain fall this year.  And it got down into the 30's last nite.
Bees were out going everwhere today, though.

PS   Well it's raining again tonite, girls did have one day to get out.

My biggest fear is my potatoes are going to rot in the ground. Didn't plant them as early as I would have liked because it had been too wet. When it dried out some I planted them. Now they are up about 10" or so and I need to cover them with more dirt but its a swamp now. Guess it will have to wait.

Check on the girls late this afternoon when it was just sprinkling and a few were peeking out and a handful flew back in. Don't know from where. Didn't have any pollen on them so who knows.
