Hi,
I've wanted to try beekeeping for a very long time and now that I have I am hooked! My family is looking forward to this winter, I think their hoping I stop talking about bees for a few months :-P

I can understand why you are hopes lee lost in ME  LOL LOL
In my opinion this is one of the best places to buy woodware in New England
And yes it is in Maine the commercial grade is more than adequate

Welcome to the forum, Brian.  My wife does think it will be less talk about bees in the winter, thats when i make more hives.  Good luck to you and your bees.

Living in Hawaii there is year-round beekeeping!!! No winterizing or sugar water necessary!!  X:X

Welcome, Brian! Nope, winter is several months we have available for taking beekeeping classes and reading beekeeping books, not to mention counting the days til the dandelions bloom!

Thanks everyone!  Jim134 have you ever tried humble abodes budget grade boxes?  I am going to take a run up there soon and thought about picking some up.  I am using their commercial grade now.

Hey Brian.. Lived in Maine for 17 years.. wife is from there, just came back from there visiting her family and our friends..  Spemt half the trip talking bees with the owners of wild blueberry fields. Hope you have the BEST of luck with your bees!
