How do you get the click for larger image?

I know how Jerrymac, but I gotta give up the computer for awhile tonight. So if you see this post before I get back on, don't worry, I'll be back later and teach you how. If someone else explains it in the meantime - great.

Ok - to do a "click for larger image" type picture it goes like this:

1) You need to have online both the large image and the small image.
2) You start with larger picture. In this case I'm going to use: http://www.imagestation.com/picture/sraid105/pfb4a5c7e3dd8ee517647c77d9010d4af/f97dff0a.jpg
4) Then "surround" that with ] and then (http://
5) Now you give the picture for the smaller image, so I will use this one for mine:
http://www.imagestation.com/picture/sraid105/pfb4a5c7e3dd8ee517647c77d9010d4af/f97dff0a.jpg.thumb.jpg
6) close that "linkage" with )
7) Now say click for larger image or click for larger image - in whatever font you want (underlined, italic, bold, or a combination)
8 ) Lastly.... close it all off with  (http://
3) Then take the address for the [u)

So let's put it together with spaces to see it formed:
 (http:// http://www.imagestation.com/picture/sraid105/pfb4a5c7e3dd8ee517647c77d9010d4af/f97dff0a.jpg.thumb ) [ i]click for larger image[/i ]  (http:// http://www.imagestation.com/picture/sraid105/pfb4a5c7e3dd8ee517647c77d9010d4af/f97dff0a.jpg )

And bingo!!

click for larger image (http://www.imagestation.com/picture/sraid105/pfb4a5c7e3dd8ee517647c77d9010d4af/f97dff0a.jpg)

Oh.... I forgot one part. At the end of the whole "linking", make sure to push "enter" inbetween the last [/img] and your "click for larger image". Otherwise the words (click for larger image :) ) will be moved over next to the picture rather than below it.

4) Then "surround" that with ] and then (http://
There would  be a space between  the ] and [img] correct? and all the long link down below I would eliminate the spaces?
No space here (Above)

And no space here.   Then enter and the next with no space.

 [ i]click for larger image[/i ] [/ul]

No space between ] and (http://.
Correct on the next part about spacing (no spacing).
And correct on the last part - click enter after the last ) and leave no other space.

No spacing for any of it, even though it seems like you're leaving a space when you click enter. Make sense? Cause I'm getting lost. :)

I got you. I guess they are getting to you. You are not confused, they just want you to think you are.

hmmm.... Jerry - you just said "they are getting to me", but you also said "you got me". So are YOU, they? And if you are they, does that make you them? AND if "they" are trying to confuse me, and you are "they" (possibly), then what are you reeeeally saying.

hmmmm

interesting  8)

and I will be watching you

Something about your choice of address for the picture isn't right. This part:

didn't come out proper. It may have something to do with webshots and the way they have the pictures available. I used to use webshots on this forum, and ended up giving it up because of problems. The forum doesn't support webshots very well. I use Imagestation, and I think Al really likes a place called PhotoBucket or something. OK I got it. I think. If anyone wants to I suggest renaming this thread, cut out the trash and place as helpful information.

Yes Beth I like Photo Bucket but Imagestation is still the best I have found so far. The imagestation site allows more pictures to be up loaded there and placed in albums. I have over 2,000 pictures there from 2001 to present. Photo bucket only allows about 500 total pictures althogh I got more on there before they change the site and now haven't deleted any of mine yet.
There are some forums that have a hard time showing imagestation stored pictures but this one isn't one of them.
The one that do have a problem with imagestation I just post that to see the picture click on the red x and chose show picture from the menu and that has worked most of the time.
