Where to get BT?

Rast told me that Robo posted some info on where to get BT for wax moths and I am not having any luck with a search.  Robo can you or anybody else point me to it?  Thanks!

It seems the cheapest is try to get it through a local distributor.  If that is not possible, then HidHut is the best choice.
