Title: pic. of run away bees

here is some pic. of the bees that went back home when i move there hive. i move them back to the hive 2 times with no luck. but this time i put them in these little boxs. in about a week i will put them back in the hive and see if they will stay. should i put down newpaper when i put them back with the other bees. Why not just start a new hive with these bees?Give them 3 or  4 frames of eggs and let them queen them selves.Good and easy way to split them since they are dead set on returning to that spot..
