When I got it home and took the top off it is full of trash (house hold garbage) What i want to know just leave them in it or try to move them the comb is just all over the place inside beer carton Ect. I can not tell how many there are but it looks like a bunch.  Thanks in advance for any advice.

Sounds like a standard cut out.  Cut the comb out and tie or rubber band into frames.

I like to use those really long rubber bands from staples...

By the rude bridge that arched the flood
Their flag to Aprils breeze unfurled
Here once the embattled farmers stood
And fired the shot heard round the world
