Charge more.     Also, remember to buy what you can when you find free shipping.

if you buy the plastic from mannlake you will get free shiping
but you will have to buy $100 to get it -so you will need to buy more
 than 100 jars--RDY-B

What we do is go to Walmart or some other type of store and get mason jars. We pay about $1 per jar for the 8oz fluid jars. The bigger ones are cheaper. Then we sell the 8oz jars for $5. When the people give us back the jars we sell them back the honey for $4. I know that if you sell it in a store you save a bit on plastic.  This doesn't work for everyone, but it works for us.

Not sure how far west you are in PA. but we have Gamber Container (a division of Dutch Gold Honey) here in Lancaster County (Eastern PA).  I bought a case, 321 count, !# plastic with lids for $.42 each, picked up at their location.   The saving on 100 probably would not pay your gas.  Not sure what they charge for shipping? They have a web site you could check there.
I will have to check what would fit in one of those "if it fits, it ships" boxes.

you will save a lot on the lids if you buy in bulk (a full box...more than you will need for this round) rather than individually to match the jars you are getting.

also, at least here in Mass., reusing glass jars requires that you have a facility to properly sterilize the jars and that you not reuse the lids.
