Have any of you experienced a chicken having seizures? A friend e-mailed me for advice about their rooster and sent the following link

Seems to be nervous system but otherwise no idea. I told her to isolate him in case it's bacterial or viral and keep an eye on him. It's occasional behavior and he's still eating and drinking, just goes into seizure every now and again.
Ideas?
