Title: Bee Brothers Apiary
Post by: Bee Brothers Apiary on December 27, 2006, 09:34:17 pm
Bee Brothers Apiary is owned and operated by Levi and Jacob.  We raise honeybees to produce the finest regional honey from the fields and forests of the Adirondacks Mts.

In addition to making specialty honeys, we also make pure beeswax candles, offer educational programs and beekeeping supplies.

We have included a Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) where you will find most of the answers to your questions about beekeeping, equipment, and candlemaking.  We have added information about bee diseases and pests, and are constantly updating it with beekeeping news and events.

Thanks

thanks for the warm welcome.
I am here to learn and share equally.  Bee Keeping is about learning and adapting, growing and expanding.
Yes I wouldn't mind promoting my (kidz) business/hobby, but I care about the bees well being also and come in peace to seek knowledge.

Happy to have a guy, proud of his (Kidz) in the forums, but no commercial advertising is allowed in posts or in the signature, something tells me I already hinted toward that, yet your signature told a very different story. Do you seriously think you are going to have a full blown commercial complete with phone numbers, etc. ON EVERY POST YOU MAKE IN THE FORUMS??? Sorry but AIN'T HAPPENIN'.

Glad you are here for knowledge sharing. But PUBLICALLY I'm asking you to read these Bi-Laws http://forum.beemaster.com/index.php?topic=1614.0 After that there should be no question on what is and isn't allowed here.

So far, you aren't impressing me much (not that you have to - but you are irritating me some)  I rarely write two letters to anyone without it being of a kinder and more jolly nature - especially in public, but YOU don't seem to take the hint.

Please take this as a warning, I know you are new here and maybe the idea of COMMERCIAL FREE is something you have never dealt with, but ignorance of the rules is NOT a defense. Please stop SPAMMING your family's business, next time it occurs, you will be booted.

NOTE: there are several very good forums where such things are allow, but this is not one of them. Have a good day and please, knock of the crap - no matter how proud of them you may be - they aren't here, you are.

LASTLY, if you wish to add a simple link to your family website (just the web address in normal font) others do that and they DON'T point it out in their posts - the content of your character should have them seek out more about you, not the length of your infomercial.

NOTE TO THE MEMBERS: I had to delete a signature which detailed every possible contact info for his family's business, phone and and other numbers, full location, etc. This after telling him in this same post that we are looking for communication NOT commercials - then he compiles the signature as if THAT is okay, well it is not.

John, I believe you have a talent with the written word.  This fellow should not be exploiting the use of your forum for such intricate details about his company.  I read your post.  It was made clear that he was welcome, along with his links to his website.  But nothing deeper.  Being straight to the point and not beating around the bush is a wonderful trait to possess and you do.  Great day.
