Kudzu honey has a Blueish/ purplish color. or smokey blue.

Neat. SUre would make you think when you opened your hive up for the first time. I bet if you take that to a farmers market you would get a lot of questions. You could really make a great presentation for sales with that color.

Thanks for posting a link to our article.  This blue honey is definately not from Kudzu.  Hope we get some this year because we are getting a lot of calls.  Keep reading guys.  Maybe we can push it up the most read list.  Good news coverage helps us all.
