Title: Anybody up around Echuca?

Are any of our fellow forum members from up around Echuca? or anywhere in Vic where's there's a high density of Red Gum? is it coming on the flower in your area?

Is that along the Wimmerra River Eco-house? How long has it been going for?

nah further up right at the top of the mallee.... but i get around around a bit. ill check up next time i'm down that way... (this week)
its been on up here for about 2mths in different patches

Sharing sites used to be accepted before some dishonest pricks come along as a Euc flow has never been known to deplete honey from as many boxes as you can cram onto a site. Think about it up your way if the Eucs are flowering. Costermann did some research on yields and flowering to come to this conclusion back in the 70's

i thought i made a reply to this last night but clearly not

all the red gum along the Murray between robin vale, swan hill and cohuna and kerang have peatered out.

a few weeks back it was still going strong...could be the extended hot period we are having, didn't get across the other side this trip.

I can tell you that the mallee is still going nuts and there are more variety ready to pop in vast stretches up this way.
