This pitiful person had terrible diabetes so bad they had to schedule him to have his leg removed.
Much to his horror when he woke up it was discovered that they had cut the wrong leg off!!
The hospital was very cold hearted about it and demanded that he pay for both surgeries and refused to offer any reconciliation.
The poor slob ended up having to take them to court.
The judge looked over the complaint, then he looked at the victim and said;
I'm going to have to throw your case out.
OH MY GOSH!!! But why Judge?!
Because,
you don't have a leg to stand on.
