I was a little worried about how the picture was going to turn out.
Something I have never tried before.
I took the picture myself, holding the camera at arms length.
by doing this I found out how to take a clear close up.
I zoomed out as for as it would zoom. thats the trick.
if you zoom in on a close up it will be too big and fuzzy.

Is that pond near your house and bees? Very nice picture of the geese.

Doak, you did it!!  You got some pretty cool pics going on there, awesome, have a bright and wonderful, sunshiney day!!!  Cindi
There are strange things done in the midnight sun by the men who moil for gold.  The Arctic trails have their secret tales that would make your blood run cold.  The Northern Lights have seen queer sights, but the queerest they ever did see, what the night on the marge of Lake Lebarge, I cremated Sam McGee.  Robert Service

The pond is about 40 miles from where I live.
It is a DNR Game Management area. That pond is down about 4 feet from where it should be.
just behind the geese and up a little, that light streak along the bank is the regular water mark.

As for the picture of yours truly, all my hair and beard is gone now.
It is getting to hot for that much hair on my head. ;)doak
