JP, the last duck dinner we had was when I posted that pretty picture of the duck and cranberry sauce. I am awaiting Hannah-Davida to come down for the bee course when she is going to stay with me. That will be in the middle of February. I will cook her a duck dinner like she never has had. We will have some pictures to show you guys of us eating duck, hee, hee. (And yes JP, with every mouthful I savour, I will be thinking of you, ha, hee, hee). I need to get some duck eggs incubating pretty quickly. I have only 4 ducks left in the freezer. The eggs take about a month to hatch, and then we grow them for about 2 months and then they go to the freezer. So....that is about one duck a month dinner. Eeeks!!! Yes, I must get some incubating duck eggs. Our drake is not quite old enough for breeding yet, but I know a guy who raises the Muscoveys. He is the one that sold us the incubator. When I get the incubating going with the turkey, Buff Orpington eggs, and the crosses that are going on in my chickenyard with the Barred Rock, Australorp, White Rock, I will be wanting to put in a couple of dozen Muscoveys too. Have an awesome day. Cindi
