... my bee home. I know, I need to clean it up. This is looking NNW my property is about 900 feet long and 200 feet wide. The hives are about half way back. That house in the back ground is where I live.

The stock tank is holding all the extra comb from when I kidnapped the girls so they can rob out everything that might be left. The aquarium has some empty comb lying in it. I dump water onto the comb filling the cells. Hey the bees don't drown. Hopefully I'll get my solar wax melter built soon and get this stuff melted down.
OH Yeah, I know I mentioned the church bees were in two deeps but as I was getting them back up onto the hive stand, after the wind blew them down the other day, I went trough the top box frame at a time. They were still covering all the old comb which is in side ways. They have placed the supplies in it. They have not built any new comb from the starter strips but have braced the old stuff to the frames a little. I am beginning to wonder if I didn't get a queen at all. Or if the wind wiped her out when the thing fell over. Might have to rob some brood from another hive. I sure did want that church bee blood line. They seemed to be real workers.
