How do you guys store drawn combs oveer the winter without using supers?
-
Well I use the supers they came out of, but I suppose you could build 2 rails and hang them in between if that makes sense. Exposing the frames to light would help keep the wax moth at bay I think.

I got a free chest freeze that was on its way to the scape yard. I built three sets of rails across the inside. It will hold a couple of hundred frames. I out grew it very fast but now use it for storing frames of honey and pollen that I have first frozen.
