Pink Honey

I was looking for a good queen cell, cut some burrs. The honey that leaked was a shade redder than watermelon juice, I held up the frame to the light and the outside edges had a pink cast..I have never seen this before, just curious as to what it might be..No juice factories or any kind of processor in the area..It is very dry here, thought they may be working something that would normally be by-passed..dl

I'm about a half mile from town, thats the way most of them go, never thought of hummingbird feeders, probably some in use there..
