Cutout from Sprinkler Valve control Box
« on: May 09, 2011, 05:16:14 pm »
A TINY after-swarm moved into a sprinkler valve control box. I told to homeowner to wait for four days until they build comb before I relocate them.
Easy removal and easy catching the queen on this one.

Great job!

You do know that those must be Africanized bees right?  ;)

At least that's what the powers that be would tell you.

Just having a little fun, and hope they're not.

best of luck1

Thanks guys. It was an easy one.
Africanized honeybees? Yeah, ones that move into the ground type right?  :-D
Good thing they have not reached my area YET. They are very close from the old simulated map.

Had another EASY one today as well on an external colony where the queen walked out to the most outer comb even before we started. Caged her right away.
