I know what a queen cell looks like just wondering if anyone knows how long before this one will hatch? Just found it today looks like the typical peanut can't upload the picture sorry

Queens emerge around day 16 from the time the egg is laid.

Is it capped yet? They are capped around day eight. That helps you narrow it down some.

When first drawn they are fairly smooth and white and soft.  As they get older they "filigree" the cell so it looks rough like a peanut.  Also the cocoon will make it darker.  As they get close to emerging the bees remove the wax on the tip and the tip will be papery and brown (from the cocoons).
