Blue mould on wax in frames.
« on: September 04, 2015, 05:05:34 am »
I have a hive that died out (full of sealed honey I might say) but some of the empty drawn out frames have blue mould on them. Can they be 'cleaned'?

"blue mold" is penicillin.  The bees will clean it up.

As Michael said - but did they die out or did they swarm to extinction?
