I see capped brood in the top picture on the frame on the right side of the picture. The queencell may be a reaction to the weak state of the hive. Leave the queen cell alone.
In the third picture from the top I do not see any brood but that may because the bees are covering it.
The fifth picture down is from the strong hive in the center you can see brood cells (capped) and bee bread (pollen). In the left corner of the picture it looks like they may have some honey capped cells.
