I think Robo does half blinds on his boxes too. I need to buy me one of those jigs. Right now Im just doing a rabbet joint-if Im feeling creative I'll cut them on a table saw using a box joint jig I made.

Just made a box joint jig. And threw together 3 deeps a med super, inner/outer covers and a bottom board in 2 hrs. Mind you thats from a 1 3/8 th thick board planed to 3/4 and ect ect. With 1 coat of paint.

I like dove tails also but the set up for a box joint was really easy.

Robo,
I admire your woodworking every time I see it. Perhaps you can repost the links to your assembly vids? Seems like it may be a good time of year for  a refresher. :)

Harbor freight has a dove tail jig for only 39.95. its the same as the dewalt jig. actually made in the same place. (China).

Porter Cable makes a dovetail jig that is much faster to use,  does not require all the marking corners, just cut to length and cut slots on the short sides and tails on the long sides.  Costs more though.
