Jp you where there in spirit Im sure, these bees had been in this leather couch for about three years .From this cutout I got 20 liters of honey and 7 / 20 liter buckets of comb it was a huge job took me about 6 hours just to cut out,got a good number of bees but no queen as it was such a mess I couldn't find her. They are now in a box with a half hight super just to fit the bees in.Now the task of moving them so I can requeen and see the fruits of my labour.Got my first hive last August now I have twelve including this one, where will it end ?????.
