Deformed wings ?
«

Hi, I just noticed a drone hanging around the entrance, and his wings didn't look quite right. In fact, they were not really there!.
I didn't notice any other bees with the same issue, I haven't opened up the hive up either to take a look.
Any idea what it might be?

Probably DWV (Deformed wing virus) from varroa mites. Do a mite count and treat if needed!

My bees turfed the drones out for winter a few weeks ago - maybe he lost his when he was being beaten up and thrown out?
We don't yet have Varroa in Australia.
