i have an opportunity to purchase a cap for my truck. on a beekeeper stand point do u find a cap useful or a pain?
-
:?
Cap, a camper shell/ top?

undercover se here. I can lock it and not worry about someone opening up a can of bees on themselves! lool I used to have a camper, and it was nice too. I slept in that thing many times hunting or fishing.

I like mine, when you get supers off and the bees are everywhere, if you can to truck with not many bees with you and put supers in close the cover no more will get in. good luck

I like mine also. I have full side and back opening windows. keeps stuff dry

bought a little astro van to keep from loading and unloading my pickup . and keeps everything dry, my shop vac and hoses are still in original boxes so want to keep dry. As well as all the tools. Joel

I have one like this:

In many ways it is great.
You can lock it
Stays dry
Keeps bees confined
The draw back is that it limits storage and acsess.
I think I'll get one on my next truck.
