Title: Certan questions
Post by: TwT on January 14, 2006, 06:06:44 pm
I have a few question for those who use this product, can you use it on honey comb and it not bother next years honey crop, how about brood frames, will it bother next years brood if I deside to store a few brood combs over the winter and treat with certan. have any tried both of these?

Yes.

Yes.

Both.  Often.  Not a problem.  You can even spray it on combs in the hive with bees on them to clear up an infestation.  But you usually also need to add some bees to take care of the root cause of the problem.
