Honey stick question
« on: March 29, 2009, 09:27:13 pm »
I am going to start making honey sticks but need some info. I am going to use an impulse sealer to seal the straws but do not know what "size" to get. The ones I am looking at say they seal bags up to 3 or 6 or 12 mil. I can not find any details on how thick straw material is. I guess I should get the highest powered one to be safe but if anyone knows if a less powerful one will work or if the 12 mil one will not work please let me know. If anyone has a supplier of crystal clear straws I would appreciate the info.

Thanks

To be honest with you, you might not liking making honey sticks by hand. It is really time consuming.

Go with the highest power impulse selaer. It will give you nmore options.
