SO??? How does this work??
« on: September 11, 2006, 11:54:49 pm »
I am not easily amazed, but this does amaze me. I am always skepticle and know there is a gimmick. So here it is.

First you pick a two digit number, say 33. Then you add those two numbers together. 3+3=6. Now you take the resulting number and subtract it from the original number. 33-6=27. Then you look up this number on the chart provided and concentrat on the symbol assighned to the number. After concentrating for awhile you click on this "magic ball" and the symbol appears. Try it here;

I tried it six times and it was wrong only once when I didn't concentrate, my wife tried it many times and it was correct each time.

The math calculation always results in a number that is a multiple of 9.  Each time you try the exercise the symbols are re-shuffled, but the same symbol is associated with all the multiple-of-9 numbers (9, 18, 27, etc.).  That's the symbol that will come up regardless of what intial two digit number you start with.
