Hello from Croatia
« on: October 24, 2012, 04:04:13 pm »
Hi all,

I'm from Croatia, started with few hives this spring, reading lots of materials and attending many beekeeping meetings and seminars. I'm interested in networking and reading other experiences.

Regards

Welcome!  What kind of a climate do you have?  Mountains right?  What are your primary nectar flows?  Thanks for dropping by!

Welcome beeser,

I hope you stick around. We don't hear enough out of our European friends.

Hello Beezer,
Welcome to the forum.
Years ago while our children were growing up, we used to be involved with exchange students. We had 2 girls from Croatia, Tamara and Marina. They both ended up staying with us for 3 and 4 years. It was supposed to be for one year. We really enjoyed their company. Both ended up speaking English like it was their native tongue. Tomara is now a doctor in your country and Marina was working as an international tour guide. Have not heard from either of them in a long time.
