Laws and Permits for Arizona? (usa)

Hello would like to say this Forums is a grate place to get Info.  its grate to have a place like this.

Ive bin looking online for the laws and permits needed for keeping bees here in the Grate state of Arizona. but have had no luck. if there is any one out there that could post a link to a site or anything that would have Info. about what is needed to keep bees here in this state. i would be very happy.

Last I heard, in Arizona there are no apiary laws or permits.  The inspection system there was disbanded.  That's probably why you can't find them.

I did a search from the Arizona government portal http://az.gov/webapp/portal/ for apiary and what I found is that a number of towns and municipialities have thier own laws. So you might want to do a search for the name of your town or county along with apiary from that site and see what turns up.
