« on: March 19, 2010, 09:52:51 pm »
got tired of lifting hives to move them around to the out yards and did something about it!!
the crane swivels 360 so i can grab and load.
now i can haul em around with ease!!!

well thanks! the boom extends out and can really reach out and lift high!
it only cost around a hundred or so for the crane itself.

What a great idea.  What do you use to hook the hives to the crane?

Nice rig you have there can't beat the price.  Always been my downfall a strong mind and a weak back.  I'm gonna probably build pallets for mine eventually so i can just use the forks on the tractor.   :-D

Would like to see more pictures maybe from different angles so I can get a better idea (i.e. copy) how you have it mounted, etc.   :-D
