I used this thermostat when I built my my honey oven to gently warm crystallized or sugared honey. I made a box out insulation-board and used a light bulb as a heat source with a small fan to circulate the air. This thermostat uses a remote bulb and will turn the light and fan off and on to maintain 110 to 120 degrees. A 5 gallon pail of crystallized honey will liquefy in about 24 hours. The original wiring diagram is included.
