First year beek here.....I was worried at the beginning of the reactions that my family may have stings. So far the only bad reaction to a sting has been the temperament of my wife. As for myself I have only been stung 4X's since late April. The first time was during a cut out (on a finger) , the second was using the "nitral (sp)" gloves (on a finger), and the most recently 2x's 1/4" apart (on my elbow) during a "lift the inner cover and take a peek" inspection.
My only reaction is swipe the obliviously irritated bee away.
I don't swell or itch. just a pin head size bump the next day.
What are your experiences with little or no reaction to a sting early on?
I do understand that each individual body has it's own tolerance but I am wondering?
My hopes are that my individual tolerance stays the same.
Thanks Steve
