Title: Backyard Chickens
Post by: reinbeau on January 01, 2009, 09:56:10 pm
I just wanted to offer a bit of an explanation regarding BackyardChickens.com.  Those of us who post in both places know that we always refer beekeepers here, to Beemaster, so I hope no one minds that I post links to Backyard Chickens when something chicken related can be found there.  It's a great forum, too, very family friendly, people often ask Rob, the owner, to create a beekeeping forum, too, but we tell him no, please, his expertise is in chickens (and other things, but not bees), why reinvent the wheel?  He agrees, so both of these great forums offer their wealth of information to all who seek it in the appropriate place.  I hope this is ok with everyone here, and if you do have chicken related questions if I can coddle up the answer for you from BYC I will, and give the appropriate credit.

No problems here. Matter of fact I have sent on the site to others looking at starting a small group of chickens. I appreciate the link to backyard chickens.
