Do we need to put our capped queen cells into a mating nuc before they hatch, or is it better to introduce a hatched virgin queen into a nuc full of nurse bees?

In my experience, it is much more reliable to introduce a cell to a nuc than a virgin queen. If there are any other cells, of course, the first queen out will destroy them unless you have them in "hair curler" cages.
