There seems to be another row of buttons when I am creating a message. Just hit the reply and then look up above the smilies.

Only half credit for this one.    The row has always been there,  just the YouTube button is new.....

I guess it was the you tube that caught my eye then. I do not know how to use any of those buttons and so probably have just been ignoring them.
