The equipment I used for this shot:
Camera: Canon EOS300 camera (think that camera is called something else
in the US) with 200 ISO 35mm film.
Lens: Canon 75-300 (4.0-5.6)
Extension: Think I used about 50 mm of extension tubes (don't remember exactly).
Blitz: Canon Speedlite 440 ZX (TTL metering) with extension cable
mounted on a home made bracket fastened at the camera so I could hand
held the camera.
