Moldy Combs

I had two hives die there are combs in the hive empty but moldy
what can you do with them?

sorry to hear of your loss
If the combs are worth saving you could try soaking and washing in tepid water with washing up liquid ( the type you wash plates and dishes with) then soak in water with bleach added, allow to air dry until the smell of the bleach goes.  It may clean them enough that they pose no threat.
