first bee removal-crossed fingers
« on: June 09, 2012, 01:03:23 pm »
Yesterday a neighbor had a felled tree with a hive in it.  Called on my hubby to ask about removal, which I was vyolunteered for .  It was a small hive, got most of the bees and comb.  Got them in a hive and tied up the comb to frames.  Not sure I got the queen, but lots of brood in comb.  Hope they requeen if I didn't get her.
