bees most of honey in bottom box, why does the comb appear to now be very dark

Comb gets dark where the bees have raised brood in the past. I'm going to guess they might have raised brood in those bottom combs at some point.

The more brood raised in a comb the darker the comb

most often i find my greatest source of stress to be OPS ( other peoples stupidity )
It is better to keep ones mouth shut and be thought of as a fool than to open ones mouth and in so doing remove all doubt.
