during the hot summer months it seems the nectar is only there in the morning time, when it gets hot they don't touch it here in Ga. , went out there about 100 times in the last few years and nothing after 10am, I just thought once the temp got up it dryed up the nectar, these have been over 90 degree days, remeber I plant it in the end of june here, water it also (sprinklers in the evening time)
