I had to finish my Tube Bee Vac for a cutout that was rough this weekend. I didn't have much use for the Bushkill bee vac because I don't use Lang hives.
This is my first review of its maiden flight.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lz4obQaF_ikI also heard this was the 'best bee vac on earth' from a couple of beeks. I can hold huge amounts of bees, like 15+ pounds I'm estimating.
Once I got to location, I rapped it once to get them to the bottom and poured them out. Very low mortality rate, even at 98 F hot day.
Cons - I'm not sure where to put it on a 60 deg roof or how to hold it on a 3rd floor job. And I still need to tweek the seals and suction spoiler.
Overall, I like it.
