Post by: zzen01 on June 13, 2010, 02:20:35 pm
How can I check on them when it's been raining steady for almost 3 solid weeks. Will not checking on the hurt them?

A bright red umbrella calms them from what I hear.

Really, a little water does not hurt them, just make it fast when the rain breaks a little.

same here.  as long as you know they had enough food, not checking them is probably good for them.  less disruption  ;-)

I have found that AFTER the long period of rain it is important to check on them. When it rains alot they don't fly as much and they get crowded. Check for swarm cells.
