Title: Another Shake
Post by: bee-nuts on May 17, 2010, 03:22:38 am
Unfortunately I had another swarm.  Not sure which colony it came from.  I think its an after swarm with a virgin.  I went from thinking I would never catch one to shaking two in two weeks.  Both withing ten feet from one another and both about three/four feet off the ground.  Weird.  My daughter is in the video.  Her mother will probably freak out when she sees this.

Instant hand over the mouth.  She'll probably be your best helper in a few years.

Don't worry about her mother, worry about people who are scared to death of bees and just don't understand.  These are just one of the reasons I don't film my kid.  Today the 3 year old tipped over his 4 wheeler.   Mom saw us doing it.  And yes he had his helmet.  Same with the bees, you can't stop him.   Keep that girl close and raise her up right.  Great video.

Thanks for the warm comments.

I was supposed to get another yard a few weeks ago but the guys wife had a bird.  I heard she was worried about the grand kids.  I hope she sees the video, LOL!
