Title: Drone Brood
Post by: paulybee on June 03, 2007, 08:50:40 am
Question....does anyone have pictures they can share that show the difference between worker brood and drone brood?  I can find the queens in my hives easily, but just don't know what I am looking for when trying to find drone brood

Look at the left lower corner, there are about 12 drone caps together.......

the picture says it all, but it doesn't show from side. anyway, i'd just like to add, worker brood is covered almost flat while drone brood looks sort of like bubbles.
